We are proud to announce that Gallery Victor Lope Arte Contemporáneo was selected to participate in VOLTA14 art fair.
VOLTA, Basel's art fair for new international positions, debuted in 2005 as a collaboration between dealers and friends. The aim was to secure a platform for international galleries beyond young art stalwart Liste and market heavyweight Art Basel. Concerns and aspirations of the exhibiting gallerists have been first and foremost since VOLTA's inception; in combination with the curatorial mind of Artistic Director Amanda Coulson, eclectic and dynamic presentations with a strong focus on solo presentations find a stage as refined as at the main fair.
Noted for being a "space for discovery", VOLTA14 inaugurates the former COOP distribution center as the newest cultural hub in Basel. Located across from the Novartis Campus at Elsässerstrasse 215, just 9 minutes away from the main fair and within the neighborhood of the very first venue at Voltaplatz. VOLTA sets the tone and plants its (artistic) flag as the first major event within the space.
Art_KARLSRUHE 2018 will offer a wide variety of art, ranging from classical modern to contemporary art to around 50,000 expected visitors. More than 200 international galleries will present their gallery program and one-artist-shows accompanied by a varied framing programme and the special presentation of a private collection.

The Sladmore Gallery are excited at signing up Mario Dilitz,
an Austrian sculpture of the African boy, who signifies a still
and peaceful exterior but whose neutral gaze suggests an inner anxiety.
Dilitz`larger than life boy made from lime wood and
oak glued, together with red glue.
At the fair Sladmore sold out of two whole Dilitz series.
